Counselling
Counselling is a process by which one person
(the client) talks openly to another (the trained counsellor)
about problems that are affecting their lives. Counselling
is not about laying blame or moralising, it is about helping
people to move forward and grow through their situations.
Counselling provides a coping strategy. |

|
| Counselling involves the expression of ones
feelings and thoughts. These thoughts may be about anger,
loneliness, guilt, inability to cope, grief, parenting or
any other pertinent topic. Counselling helps people learn
new strategies that empower them to solve their own life problems. |
