Appointments
| For your convenience, we operate an appointment
system allowing 15 minutes per patient. Occasionally an emergency
will mean we may run late, although we always endeavour to
keep time when possible. Should you need to spend more time
with your doctor, such as for an insurance medical, minor
surgical procedures or if you have several problems, please
ask the recepionist for a long consultation.

If you are unable to attend an appointment,
we appreciate you notifying us as it may help someone else.
If you do not attend your appointment, or do not notify the
surgery within one hour of your scheduled appointment, a bill
will be issued without prior warning. The bill will be equivalent
to the Medicare rebate, but cannot be claimed through Medicare. |
